To chronicle my sometimes interesting experiences, deep and intriguing thoughts and accomplishments, such as they are. Mostly so I don't feel guilty that I don't keep a journal.

#3 Cakes
I'm thankful for a mother who taught me how to decorate cakes when I was 10 years old.
Erin, I found the shiny chocolate frosting I called you about. Ganache. It is easy and beautiful and super rich.
I have a daughter-in-law who loves to cook. I'll have to have her check in on your blogs once in a while. It's Mikes wife Nikki. Love your blogs & thanks for info on Glori's blog.

You were describing ganache? How did I miss that. I love ganache. How can you go wrong with chocolate and cream? I'm glad you found the recipe.
donna is, was, and will always be one of my favorite people.
